Weekly Toolbox Links - Variety Edition

As promised I am back this week with my weekly toolbox links where I share various links to tools, websites, code, news, and more.  In recent weeks I have focused on one particular theme, however I have a few tools, a few code samples, and a few developer links this week. Enjoy!

Windows Developer & OS Tools

• Terminals - Terminals is a multi tab terminal services/remote desktop client (thanks Troy)
• MSDN Reader - This news aggregator provides offline caching/reading of MSDN Magazine articles, content annotation, and content sharing through an intuitive user interface. The source for this application is provided in the releases section
• DVDShrink - DVDShrink is software to backup DVD discs. You can use this software in conjunction with DVD burning software of your choice, to make a backup copy of any DVD video disc
• @Icon Sushi - image to icon converter that supports the mask editor and the creation of Windows XP 32bit/Windows Vista format icons (I used this to make my favicon.ico!)

Code Samples

• Master CSS Stylesheet - A skeleton CSS Stylesheet you should start every project with to remove browser inconsistencies when it comes to display html
• Explicit Casting instead of DataBinder.Eval - Consider limiting the use of DataBinder.Eval during data binding operations in order to improve ASP.NET page performance
